
So I was really excited to bake my friend Lisa some Pumpkin bread for our book club tomorrow..I went with the pumpkin theme since it's fall and all...I was getting ready to eradicate some major rumors ..
I decided to switch some minor ingredients..like switching wheat flour for white, and brown sugar for sugar..I was 115 % sure that this pumpkin bread was going to get some mouths watering..I take my pumpkin bread out of the oven all excited to taste..Alas, I taste Brownberry 100 % Wheat Bread-ish kind of bread in my mouth....My dreams of creating a one time cooking wonder thus goes down the tube..Again....Sigh.........
The good thing about all this is I learnt how to make wheat bread :P
